1. Data Controller

2. Data Collected
We collect the information needed to manage orders, deliveries and our relationship with you: name, surname, address, email, phone number and purchase history. This data is voluntarily provided when creating an account, placing an order or subscribing to our letters. Subject to your consent where required, we also collect data about your browsing on the website and your interactions with our emails (opens, clicks).

3. Purposes and Legal Bases
Your data is used to:

• process and deliver your orders and provide customer service (performance of a contract);
• comply with our legal, accounting and tax obligations (legal obligation);
• send you our letters and offers by email (your consent, or our legitimate interest for products similar to those you have purchased);
• show you relevant Maison Monravel advertising on Facebook and Instagram, or spare you unnecessary ads (our legitimate interest, see section 4);
• measure website traffic and the effectiveness of our advertising (your consent to cookies).

4. Advertising on Facebook and Instagram
To show you relevant Maison Monravel advertising on Facebook and Instagram, we may share with Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd, through our email platform Klaviyo, the email address and, where applicable, the phone number of our customers and subscribers. This data is transmitted in hashed (pseudonymised) form and is used solely to identify the people concerned among Facebook and Instagram users, in order to show them our advertising or exclude them from certain campaigns. Meta undertakes not to use it for any other purpose. You may object to this processing at any time by writing to contact@maisonmonravel.com; we will then remove you from our advertising audiences.

5. Recipients and Transfers
Your data is intended for LNP Paris and its service providers, who process it on its behalf: Shopify (website hosting and order management), Klaviyo (sending our emails), GetSiteControl (the Instagram feed on our homepage), our payment providers, our order-preparation workshop and carriers (delivery). It may also be shared with Meta, Google, Microsoft and Awin for the advertising, affiliate marketing and audience measurement described in sections 4 and 8. Some of these providers may process data outside the European Union, notably in the United States and Canada; these transfers are covered by an adequacy decision of the European Commission (including the EU–US Data Privacy Framework) or by standard contractual clauses. Maison Monravel does not sell or rent personal data to any third party.

6. Data Retention
Order data is kept for the duration of our commercial relationship, then archived for the legally required periods (10 years for accounting records). Data used for our letters and advertising is kept for 3 years from your last purchase or last contact with us, or until you unsubscribe or object. Cookies and trackers have a maximum lifespan of 13 months.

7. Your Rights
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and the French Data Protection Act, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, and to object to its processing, in particular for direct marketing and advertising targeting. You may also withdraw your consent at any time and give instructions regarding the handling of your data after your death. Every email includes an unsubscribe link. To exercise your rights: contact@maisonmonravel.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (www.cnil.fr).

8. Cookies and Trackers
The website uses cookies that are strictly necessary for it to function (bag, security, language and currency), which are set without consent, and the Instagram feed on our homepage (GetSiteControl) counts its views for statistical purposes. With your agreement, the website also uses audience measurement and browsing analysis cookies (Google, Microsoft Clarity), personalisation cookies (Klaviyo), which tailor our emails to your browsing, affiliate cookies (Awin), which allow us to pay our partners when an order comes from their website, and advertising cookies, including the Meta pixel, which measures the effectiveness of our ads and allows us to show you our creations on Facebook and Instagram. You can accept, refuse or change your choices at any time via the consent banner or your browser settings; refusing non-essential cookies does not prevent you from using the website.
