Terms of sale

1. Identification

The website www.maisonmonravel.com is published by LNP Paris, a company with a share capital of €5,000, registered with the Créteil Trade and Companies Register (RCS) under number 931 071 617, whose registered office is at 28 avenue des Pépinières, 94260 Fresnes, France. Maison Monravel is a registered trademark.

2. Purpose

These General Terms of Use and Sale (the “Terms”) govern access to the website and the purchase of the products offered by Maison Monravel.
Any use of the website or confirmation of an order constitutes full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms and of the Privacy Policy.

3. Products and availability

The essential characteristics of the products are set out on the website. Photographs are for illustrative purposes only. Maison Monravel reserves the right to modify or withdraw any product without notice.

4. Orders

Every order constitutes an offer to purchase. It becomes binding only once it has been confirmed by email and payment has been received. Maison Monravel reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of a previous dispute, suspected fraud or a product being out of stock.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euros, including VAT, excluding delivery charges and customs duties. Payment is made online through approved secure payment providers (Shopify Payments, etc.). The buyer warrants that they are authorised to use the chosen payment method.

6. Shipping and delivery

Orders are shipped within 48 working hours (2 to 5 working days in November and December) of order confirmation. Delivery is complimentary in mainland France for orders of €100 or more. Delivery times given by carriers are indicative and may vary depending on the destination. No compensation will be due for delays beyond Maison Monravel’s control (carrier, customs, force majeure, etc.). Ownership and risk pass to the customer when the parcel is handed over to them (Article L.216-2 of the French Consumer Code).

7. Returns and refunds

For orders delivered within the European Union, in accordance with Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, customers have 14 days from receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal, without giving any reason. Products must be returned unused, complete and in their original packaging. Return requests should be sent to contact@maisonmonravel.com. Return costs are borne by the customer, except in the case of an error attributable to Maison Monravel. Returns of orders delivered outside the European Union are not accepted, except in the case of an error attributable to Maison Monravel or where specific provisions apply in the country concerned.

8. Intellectual property

All elements of the website (texts, images, graphics, logos, trademarks, videos, code) are the exclusive property of Maison Monravel and are protected by French and international intellectual property law. Any unauthorised reproduction or use is strictly prohibited.

9. Personal data

Data collected is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and the regulations in force (GDPR). Shopify acts as a technical processor and may host certain data outside the European Union.

10. Liability

Products are supplied “as is”. Maison Monravel cannot be held liable for any indirect damage resulting from the use of the website or the products. Shopify acts solely as a technical service provider and assumes no commercial responsibility.

11. Force majeure

Maison Monravel cannot be held liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from an event of force majeure (natural disaster, war, strike, network failure, etc.).

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be brought before the competent court in accordance with the ordinary rules of jurisdiction.
