In the morning, Jardin d’Embruns. Seaweed on the rocks, mint crushed along the path, clary sage: the bracing Breton air, for energy.
Through the day, Lee La Wa Dee. Frangipani, jasmine and ylang-ylang wrapped in vanilla: a garden in bloom, for joy.
In the evening, Sancta Myrrha. Myrrh and frankincense warmed with black pepper and cardamom: an amber trail, for rest.
