Refund policy

For orders delivered within the European Union, Maison Monravel products may be returned within 14 days from receipt, provided they are unused, complete, and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please write to contact@maisonmonravel.com with your order number and we will send you the instructions. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in cases of error attributable to Maison Monravel. Refunds are issued via the original method of payment upon receipt and validation of the returned item.

Returns of orders delivered outside the European Union are not accepted, except in cases of error attributable to Maison Monravel or where specific provisions apply in the country concerned.
