The art of gifting
Our gift boxes and ribbons take their colours from two dye plants, indigo and madder, an echo of the House’s botanical origins.
The indigo blue gift box
The House’s signature colour, the indigo blue of the gift box takes its name from the indigo plant, one of the oldest dye plants, grown for millennia for its deep blue. Textured and timeless, the box is made in France, in the Loire Valley.
The madder-red ribbon
A deep red with rosy reflections, drawn from the root of the madder plant, Rubia tinctorum, which has dyed fabrics since Antiquity. Made in France, in the Tarn, it adds the finishing touch to the gift box. The ribbon and your personalised note are complimentary, to add from the cart.
