Shipping policy

Orders are prepared in Paris and shipped within 48 working hours, or 2 to 5 working days in November and December. You receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Rates and complimentary delivery:

• Mainland France: €10, or €5 to a pickup point; complimentary from €100.
• European Union, Switzerland and Norway: €10; complimentary from €100.
• Guadeloupe, Martinique, French Guiana, Réunion and Saint Barthélemy: €15; complimentary from €90.
• United Kingdom: £8; complimentary from £90.
• United States and Canada: $12; complimentary from $100.
• Other countries we ship to: $15; complimentary from $90.

You can have your order delivered directly to the person you are giving it to; add the ribbon and your message from your bag.

Outside the European Union, import duties and taxes may be due on delivery, depending on the destination country.
